Lauren Gregory, a senior at Arkansas, swept the women's mile and 3,000-meter titles at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships at Lance Harter Track at Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark. Gregory repeated as 3,000 champion in 9:09.90 and won the mile for the first time since 2019 by clocking a meet-record 4:31.96 to become the first female competitor in the conference since Karissa Schweizer of Missouri in 2017 to win both championships in the same year. Gregory also became the fourth Arkansas female athlete to win both titles at the same conference meet, joining Amy Yoder Begley in 1998, Jessica Koch in 1999 and Lilli Kleinmann in 2001.
