LSU junior Terrance Laird won the men's 200-meter final in 20.52 seconds and contributed to a third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:06.24 at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships at Gilliam Indoor Stadium in College Station, Texas. Laird rebounded from a false start in the 60-meter dash to become the first LSU male athlete to capture the 200 conference crown since Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake in 2016.
