LSU junior Lisa Gunnarsson won the women's pole vault title at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships with a first-attempt clearance at 14-7.50 (4.46m) at Gilliam Indoor Stadium in College Station, Texas. Gunnarsson became the first female athlete to capture the pole vault crown for the Tigers since Rachel Laurent in 2009.
